You may be eligible if: your flight was delayed 3+ hours, cancelled with less than 14 days notice, you were denied boarding due to overbooking, or your baggage was lost/damaged. Disruptions caused by extraordinary circumstances (severe weather, strikes) generally exempt airlines.
